1. Service Policy

How we deliver work, warranty, and what's included in our published prices.

Scope of work

All services described on this website are carried out by qualified auto electricians at our Werribee workshop or — where stated — on-site at customer premises. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and only proceed with the customer's written approval.

Warranty

Workshop labour is covered by a 12-month warranty under normal driving conditions. Parts are covered by their manufacturer warranty (typically 12–36 months). Warranty claims must be presented at our workshop with proof of original service.

Diagnostic fees

Standard diagnostic charges (currently $99) are credited against repair work performed at our workshop. If the customer elects not to proceed, the diagnostic fee remains payable.

Parts

Where possible we use OEM or premium aftermarket parts. Customer-supplied parts can be fitted at our discretion but are excluded from our parts warranty.

2. Booking Terms

How bookings are confirmed, what we need from you, and what happens on the day.

Confirming a booking

Bookings are confirmed once we receive your vehicle details and a preferred date/time, and we have replied with a written confirmation (email, SMS, or in-person).day bookings are subject to workshop capacity.

Drop-off & pickup

Vehicles should be dropped off at the agreed time. Late drop-offs may need to be rescheduled. Pickup must occur during business hours unless prior arrangement has been made. Vehicles left overnight without prior arrangement are stored at the owner's risk.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must disclose any known fault history, aftermarket modifications, and accessibility issues (e.g. modified keys, alarm systems) at the time of booking. Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to drop-off.

Quotes & approvals

Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from issue. Any additional faults discovered during the work will be quoted separately and require explicit customer approval before commencement.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless trade or fleet account terms have been pre-arranged. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and bank transfer. Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fair, simple cancellation terms — including what's refundable and what's not.

Customer cancellation

Booking cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 administration fee to cover reserved workshop time. No-shows may be charged the full quoted labour rate.

Refunds on parts

Parts that have been fitted are non-refundable except where covered by warranty. Unfitted parts may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging for a refund less a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds on labour

Labour charges for completed work are non-refundable. If a workmanship issue arises within the warranty period, we will rectify the issue at no cost rather than issuing a refund.

Workshop cancellation

We reserve the right to reschedule a booking due to staff illness, equipment failure, or supply delays. In these cases we will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available slot, or a full refund of any deposit paid.

4. Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect customer data.

Information we collect

We collect contact details, vehicle information, and service history necessary to provide and warranty our services. We do not share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use your data

Your information is used to confirm bookings, deliver services, manage warranty claims, and (with your consent) send occasional service reminders.

Your rights

You can request a copy of, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by contacting us. Some records (e.g. tax invoices, warranty registrations) must be retained as required by Australian law.
